About Me
I have lived in Columbus since the early 1980's. I live
with my wife Wendy, my daughter Gabby, my baby boy Ari and my dog Kramer.
I am a graduate of The Ohio State University where I received my BSBA in Accounting. I was employed in the sales division of 3 major multinational corporations (NABISCO, PITNEY BOWES, and NOVARTIS) since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1990.
I am a full time Realtor with Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty. I find satisfaction from helping people fulfill their dreams of purchasing a new home and from helping them create a means of wealth through real estate investments. Last year I obtained the Five Million Dollar award from the Columbus Board of Realtors and Multi Million dollar sales award from Keller Williams Capital Partners.
ABOUT MY STAFF
Amy Karnes recently joined our team as a Buyer’s agent. Amy, an Ohio native
, is a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Art in Communication. After graduation, she began work as a Marketing Coordinator at WSA Studio, a small studio-based architecture firm in Columbus, Ohio. Amy has always been interested in real estate and helping people find a place to call their own, so working as a buyer’s agent for the Jonas Team will be particularly rewarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new wines and socializing with friends.
My office manager, Teressa Preuss, has been in the real estate business for 11 years. She is in charge of customer care, managing
client files, organizing closings, speaking with lenders and title companies, marketing coordinator and so much more. Teressa is married and has a son that recently graduated from
Olentangy High School and went into the U.S. Army.
